Ryuzu, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant owned by Chef Ryuta Iizuka, who also oversees the menu at Teppanyaki Wajo, will host an exclusive maker’s dinner celebrating the house Champagne of the restaurant, Billecart-Salmon.
On the evening, Chef Iizuka himself will take his place at the teppan, presenting a specially curated menu designed to harmonize beautifully with the Champagne.
